A thought leader and former C-Level executive, and now an accomplished advisor to Boards, CEOs and Executive Teams, Johanne Bouchard is an expert in board dynamics, and board composition. Her career has spanned technology (having earned her degree as a computer engineer,) marketing and worldwide strategy. Johanne has launched a great number of high technology companies in Europe, Asia, Japan and Australia, was instrumental in helping leading manufacturers and software companies be more efficient worldwide and led the repositioning of public and private corporations. John Panzica is a corporate executive with a 25 year successful track record that spans several industries including financial services, telecommunications, data center collocation, and management consulting. As a Senior Vice President, Client Executive at vXchnge, John brings a strong technology foundation from working with the world’s largest cloud, content and media companies to evangelize the technology infrastructure market creating next generation solutions. Prior to vXchnge, John was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FiberMedia (acquired by vXchnge) and was responsible for the re-launch of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Prior to FiberMedia, John was the Founder and Vice President- Financial Services Practice at Switch and Data where he built a business catering to high frequency trading, low latency market data and proximity trading. John built a rock solid network and reputation in his time as a General Manager of the Global Financial Markets for Reliance Globalcom formerly Yipes. As the founder of the company’s Financial Industry Extranet business plan, John developed financial product offerings which directly attributed to the company landing the first market data distribution contracts for NYSE, Nasdaq, InterContinental Exchange and The London Stock Exchange. As a result, John increased revenues over 300% which allowed the company to compete in a new multi-billion dollar market segment. John’s love of strategic financial services started way back, when he spent 4 years owning his own company, Ameripak, LLC. As Chief Financial Officer of Ameripak, John was responsible for creating a corporate turn around plan that included raising equity and debt that resulted a successful sale of the company.
John lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and two teenage boys. He is a cycling enthusiast competing in many time trial races. One if John’s most exciting accomplishments was competing in an uphill bike race climbing White Face Mountain in Lake Placid, NY.

Prior to Telx, Eric was consistently ranked among the top sales representatives for leading technology companies, including Savvis, 3PAR and Yipes. His expertise lies in co-location, cloud computing, managed hosting, software, telecommunications, storage area networks and professional services. Dana Smith has 20 years of professional sales leadership experience in the telecommunications, data center and internet industry, with a strong track record of significantly increasing revenues and consistently exceeding sales goals and recruiting and retaining talented employees.Dana has served as a panelist and data center strategist at numerous industry events in the NYC/NJ region, and has a solid track record of successfully leading sales teams at technology companies during challenging time periods such as mergers and corporate restructuring.Under Dana’s leadership, his sales organizations have negotiated over $1billion in data center contracts. As a sales leader at ePlus, Dana was brought in to improve organizational effectiveness and business process improvement and pivot the sales force from a hardware focus to a more strategic solutions focus on business outcomes. Prior to ePlus, Dana was the Vice President of Sales for the Americas with IO Data Centers,
the industry leader in Software Defined Data Centers, and was brought in to rebuild their commercial sales organization with responsibility for over 1.6 million square feet of data center inventory. Prior to IO, Dana was a Sales Director for Digital Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT with over 23 million square feet of leasable data center space. Under his leadership at Internap, he helped secure the largest wins in the history of the company. Two different CEO’s chose Dana on two separate occasions to turnaround failing regions. Prior to Internap, Dana held successful sales leadership roles with XO Communications, CenturyLink and MCI WorldCom in roles as a VP/General Manager, Director of National Accounts and Branch Manager Major Accounts.
Dana lives in NJ with his wife and children. He has been active in the community with several nonprofit organizations including the Denver Women’s Bean Project, Denver East Athletic Program, NYPAL and the Red Shield Corps Community Center. Dana is also on the Advisory panel of BWG Strategy.

Amita Malhotra brings 15+ years of immersive experience in HR and operations across several key areas ranging from benefits management to health and federal compliance matters. Amita is the Vice President of operations and head of HR services at Blue Cloud Techs Corp and associated group of companies. Previously, she served as global director of HR services at HealthEC LLC. Prior to joining HealthEC, Amita was responsible for managing all aspects of HR at Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center, NJ. In her previous role as a lead resource coordinator for Lanco Global Systems (LGS), Amita led an international team of HR specialists who were responsible for benefits, immigration, and M&A related matters. She was personally responsible for managing HR for 500+ employees in US offices. During her tenure as a HR Manager with several healthcare and IT companies, Amita acquired extensive experience in employee relations, payroll & benefits administration, performance management, training & development, compliance related matters, and global HR related issues.
Amita has a MS in Human Resource Management from Long Island University, and BS and MS in Sociology from Panjab University (India). She lives in the Princeton (NJ) with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys travel and takes part in several leadership roles for social issues.
